The Calvary Independent Baptist Church has worked hard to build the columns and lay the blocks to form the two stories that need to be strong enough to hold steel rafters. Jamaica has new, stricter, hurricane proof building codes. The new building codes combined with the declining value of the US dollar has increased costs for the construction.
