Ephesians 3:19
to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
| Look how these two things from the Lord go together. Knowing the love of Lord Jesus Christ AND being filled with all the fullness of God. Again, that is being filled with ALL the fullness of God. Not just a little bit. Being filled with all the fullness of God is being everything He wants us to be. It is feeling the peace and love from the presence of the Lord. It is knowing the Lord is always with us and being safe and content. To have the fullness of the God that created the world is an amazing blessing! But, we must know the love of Lord Jesus Christ to enjoy this fullness. To truly know Lord Jesus’ love we must be very, very close to Him. We must be one with Him. We must strive eagerly everyday to have a oneness relationship with Jesus. But, we do have a choice. We can strive to get closer to Lord Jesus everyday and be blessed by the Lord with His fullness in our lives or we can keep our distance from Lord Jesus by insisting we are who we are and doing what we want to do even if it means going against Jesus. It is that closeness with Jesus that allows us to feel Jesus love and be filled with all things that are God! Look at the glasses above. Which one relates your relationship with the Lord and indicates your fullness level? Yes, you can be that glass on the far right!! What are you waiting for? Lord, I want to be that glass on the far right. I want to be so one with my Savior, Lord Jesus Christ, that I overflow with blessings and I can share them with everyone I meet. I can have that same fullness. I love You Lord Jesus and I give You and Your Holy Spirit full control in my life, my spirit, my soul, my body, my mind, my tongue, and my heart! In Jesus name, Amen!!
